Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after we ship your item to request a return for replacement, exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and in a new re-sellable condition. Returns must not have been installed and the product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents, or other signs of wear or usage. Some of our items, such as vinyl wrap decals, screen protectors, carbon fiber spoilers, and chrome delete kits are non-returnable after the installation tape or 3M adhesive backing is removed.
To start a return, please contact us at support@hydratasestore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number along with the instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA number will not be accepted.

Lost, Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days from receipt of your delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. For any shipping related damages, we will file a claim for you so that our delivery services can investigate the shipment. After 5 days, we will not be able to replace any missing or damaged shipments. The customer agrees to provide full photographic evidence of the damage including photos of all boxes and packaging and complete any damage verifications/inspections either online, by mail or in office or house required by the shipper or its insurance agencies. Video recording might be requested to help support your claim. If the claim is denied, we are not responsible for free replacements. Free replacements will be provided once the shipper approves the claim.
For any lost shipments, please report it to us within 5 days from receipt of your delivery notice and we will look into this for you.
Single-Use Products
Some of the products we sell become used as soon as you remove the protective backing. We're still happy to help with achieving a great installation, but these items do become non-returnable once the backing is removed. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before going ahead, as unfortunately we're not able to issue refunds for failed installations. Specifically, single-use products are:
- All center console covers/wraps (if backing removed)
- All screen protectors
- Anything that's stuck down; including door, trunk, frunk sill protectors, console and dash caps, etc
- Emblems
- Jack Adapters
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges/Replacements
Advance exchange or replacements are not currently honored. The fastest way to get your replacement or exchange is to make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Only the purchase price can be refunded for an accepted return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, the outbound shipping cost is not refundable if there's nothing wrong with the item, this includes the orders that qualify for free shipping.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' delivery will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Once your return is sent back, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to completely process.
For international orders: we do NOT refund any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery. If your package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to the local government will be refunded.
