FAQ

  • All local orders are delivered next day FREE of charge. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Standard shipping will typically take 3-5 days while expedited is 1-2 days for delivery.
  • We are actively working to process and ship orders around the clock despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Delays may occur. 
  • UPDATE: Despite delays, we still process and attempt to ship all orders within 1-2 business days to help you get your products faster! Some carriers have suspended service guarantees due to higher volumes and limited staff, so not all packages will arrive by the estimated delivery date. Usually, they will arrive a day or two later. Please consider our expedited shipping service at checkout if you are in a rush for your order. 

We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, and internationally from our New York-based warehouse and facility. We're still actively working on adding more countries to our zones, so sit tight if we're not there yet!


For international orders, customers may need to pay duty or VAT upon receiving goods. We, unfortunately do not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.

  • Most orders ship free! Hooray! This does not include over-sized items, such as rear spoilers, front lips, and floor mats. These will have a fixed shipping fee based on the carrier cost and are ineligible for free shipping. 
  • Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
  • All international orders to Canada will be subject to carrier pre-determined rates to cover shipping costs. Customer is also liable for any import fees due. 

When customers make their order, we try to get the products packaged and shipped out to you as fast as possible. So if you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You are still able to track all items in your order and will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for separated shipments. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also provide the option to use Apple Pay. At this time, we do not accept prepaid cards.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Returns & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
  • We have a 30-day Returns & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. 
  • For returns, please email support@hydratasestore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide instructions on where to send your returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
  • When a returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, detailing the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • NO Restocking Fees are charged! If original item packaging is missing, there will a small fee to cover the cost of the package. 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select your preferred payment method for your order - we will ship your package within 1 business day.

To ensure the quality of every order, we personally test each product before sending it out for delivery. Our 5-step Vetting Process ensures that your products are in working condition and fully functional before you receive them, guaranteed.

Our 5-Step Vetting Process is a series of steps that our Research & Development Team drafted to ensure that you, as the customer, always receive the highest quality products. We take pride in our work and your 100% satisfaction is important to us. After all, your Tesla deserves only the most premium products available on the market.  

1) We hand off our designs to our manufacturers and walk them through idea to finished product to ensure our suppliers understand all logistics of our blueprints.

2) We then sample all finished products that are produced from our manufacturers. This entails a rigorous QA process to assess material quality, durability, and any potential defects. 

3) Every finished product must win the approval of all board members on TheHydrataseStore. Otherwise it is rejected and the manufacturer will be given 1-3 weeks to correct any potential problems and defects. If the issues are not addressed within the time frame, we either seek to manufacture the products ourselves if viable or search for a new supplier to meet and/or exceed our expectations.

4) We conduct market research on our consumer population and implement a study to assess customer feedback and evaluations. We do this by providing the "product(s) in testing" free of charge to our beta testers in exchange for their time. 

5) The product is now ready for you, our valued customer! We actively welcome customer feedback and reviews as this helps us improve our products and your customer experience. We depend on this in our last step to help deliver an unforgettable experience here at TheHydrataseStore!
